Do you want to learn or improve your meal-making skills? Think of this class as a jump-start to get you cooking. We’ll learn some basic skills: pasta technique, some knife handling, 2 or 3 ways to cook an egg. Then move into planning a couple meals. The final project will take place at the students’ home, Thursday, and then we will meet on Friday to debrief and celebrate.
Meets 3 times: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, June 12, 13, 15. 4-6:30
$100 for all 3 plus virtual support and coaching.
